Trouble listening to your .trm recordings? If you have access to a Windows device, you can use the official FTR Player which is free.

.trm files from FTR are often 5-minutes segments. The Windows-only player is relatively limited and outdated.

That is why having multiple .trm files merged together (in chronological order) in a more universal format, such as WAV or MP3 (MP3 preferred for lower file size), is far more convenient and accessible, even more so for less tech-savy individuals.

Accessibility matters. Not everyone has the budget, time and knowledge to restore and master audio at a professional level.

Yet, many .trm recordings will feature uneven voices, background noise, audible distortion (due to clipping at recording stage) at times and other issues and inconveniences that can impact audibility, more or less for different person and based on different listening equipment/environment.
