The master files as well as all files and informations provided in order to ensure the delivery of the ordered service are and remain in the full possession and property of the Client of the person\/company represented by the client. In which case the client own the rights to represent the copyrights owner.<\/p>\n
The provider will consider as stricly confidential, and will refrain from disclosing any audio track, information document, data or concept, of which he may have knowledge at the time of this contract.
For application of this clause, the provider shall be liable of his own accord. The provider, however, shall not be liable for anydisclosure if the material disclosed was in the public domain at the the date of disclosure, or if it already had knowledge of it prior to the date of the signature of this contract, or if it obtained it from third parties bu legitimate means.<\/p>\n
The provider undertakes to carry out the task specified in Article 1 in accordance with the rules of the art and in the best manner. This within the delay agreed with the client after reception of the information and complete files necessary to perform the service(s).<\/p>\n
Once the project has been completed, some revisions may be included . If more modifications are required after those revisions, not as a result of actions by the service provider but as a result of actions by the client, the revision may be refused or offered for with extra cost for the unplanned work which you can then agree or not.<\/p>\n
<\/strong>By default, you have to confirm that you consider your order as fully completed after reviewing the delivery. That being said, with no replies within 10 business days following the delivery, the order will automatically be marked as completed. From there, included revisions aren’t valid anymore and any additional revisision will imply an extra-fee accordingly to the amount of work which is required.<\/p>\n
If you use our Services, you represent and warrant the following:<\/p>\n
you have the right and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions and to grant us all specified rights;
your Recordings (other than the unmodified Samples that may be incorporated into your Recordings pursuant to the Sample Licence and other than mechanical reproductions of retakes incorporated into your Recordings for which we have obtained a retake licence pursuant hereto) and other items and information that you provide to us (such as names, illustrations, images, photos or other Metadata) and any authorized online use of them hereunder does not violate any laws or infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, publicity or image rights or other rights of third parties.

Si plus de r\u00e9visions sont n\u00e9cessaires apr\u00e8s celles incluses de base, suite \u00e0 des actions\/d\u00e9cisions du client, les r\u00e9visions pourront \u00eatre refus\u00e9es (si d\u00e9raisonnables) ou seront ex\u00e9cut\u00e9es moyennant une charge additionnelle pour le travail non pr\u00e9vu, que vous pourrez refuser ou non.Ceci \u00e9tant dit, si le probl\u00e8me viens du technicien en charge de votre commande \u2013 oui, nous restons humains et une erreur peut arriver \u2013 la r\u00e9vision sera bien entendu gratuite !<\/p>\n
<\/strong>Par d\u00e9faut, vous devez confirmer que vous consid\u00e9rez votre commande comme compl\u00e9t\u00e9e apr\u00e8s avoir examin\u00e9 la livraison.
